Enjoy your special day set amongst some of 国产午夜福church鈥檚 most extraordinary architecture, both old and new, at 国产午夜福鈥檚 College.

Our stunning Chapel is open and you can have your pick of two reception areas 鈥 our impressive historic Dining Hall or the award-winning Chapman Room. There are plenty of great areas on-site for photos, plus the 国产午夜福church Botanic Gardens are just next door.

Availability

国产午夜福鈥檚 College facilities are available for weddings during school holidays, which generally fall into:

  • January: 3 weeks/3 weekends
  • April: 3 weeks/4 weekends
  • July: 2 weeks/2 weekends
  • Sept/Oct: 3 weeks/4 weekends
  • December: 2 weeks/1 weekend

Chapel

Built in 1867, the Chapel is the heart of 国产午夜福鈥檚 College and can seat up to 600 people. Its stunning timber ceiling features intricately carved decorations in scarlet for sacrifice, green for growth, blue for truth, and gold for true values. Use of the Chapel is subject to approval. Wedding services can also be conducted in the Dining Hall or Chapman Room, or in sheltered outdoor areas.

Dining Hall

Designed by Cecil Wood, the Dining Hall was built in 1925 and is a mix of Gothic and Tudor architecture. The exterior is made from a variety of stone, while the interior walls are panelled in mahogany with matai floors and roof beams originating from Oregon. The Dining Hall can accommodate 240 guests for a buffet or seated dinner service.

The Chapman Room

Overlooking our large, manicured fields, the Chapman Room has won architectural accolades since its completion in 2015. In this intimate venue, we can cater for up to 160 guests with a buffet or seated dinner service.

  • Can we choose our own caterers?

    We use highly respected company Moveable Feasts caterers and staff to make your occasion memorable. Their familiarity with our facilities ensures your day goes off without a hitch.

  • What menus do you offer?

    From grazing tables to buffets to fine dining, our caterers use the freshest of seasonal ingredients to create beautiful menus that cater for a variety of dietary requirements and budgets.

  • What beverages do you offer?

    We offer a range of New Zealand wines (including low-alcohol options), Kiwi craft beers, and a range of non-alcoholic drinks. Beverage packages and cash bar options are available. Please note that the usual legal requirements for serving alcohol apply.

  • How long can we have the venue for?

    Your booking allows for:

    • Two site visits before your booked date
    • Access the day before your wedding or from 9am on the day
    • Refreshments until 11pm, with our venues closing at 11.15pm

Cost is subject to the facilities you choose and will be provided on enquiry. Discounts are available for two or more venues.
